Your Journey to Health and Wellness

In 8-12 Sessions

Phase 1. EXPLORE

During sessions 1 and 2, we ask questions to help you reflect on your thoughts and past experiences with health and wellness, using motivational interviewing, a science based method that illuminates your intrinsic strengths and values.

Gaining this clarity prepares you for Phase 2: developing your unique vision.

Phase 2. ENVISION

In sessions 3 and 4, you’ll align your values, strengths, and experiences to create your unique health and wellness vision. This is how you imagine your best self.

With your vision in place, you’ll be ready for Phase 3: turning your insights into action and taking steps toward a healthier, stronger you.

Phase 3. EXPERIMENT

In sessions 5-8 you’ll take steps. We often approach steps as “experiments,” to focus on curiousity, fun, and discovering what works for you. You might focus on preparing healthier foods, excercising, reducing stress, or managing a condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, or fibromyalgia. Or perhaps on improving sleep, social engagement, or work-life balance.

Experiments will help you learn more about yourself so you can get closer to your health and wellness vision, building healthy habits that last.

Typical coaching cycle: 8-12 weekly sessions, 45 minutes each, conducted via Zoom.
